Thank all of your for your patience. This is my first time doing an offer with Groupon, and the response was overwhelming. Clearly kinks needed to be worked out beforehand, but that’s no excuse. Please accept my sincere apology for any frustration I’ve caused you.

We created these demonstration classes specifically for Groupon users.  Each cooking demonstration will be held on a Tuesday from 7:30- 10:00pm will showcase one of four seasonal menus - Fall, Winter or Spring.   There will be four food tastes, including dessert with four wine pairings. Each student will receive an Alchemy wine glass, a food and wine pairing booklet, and a wine journal.  Please find the schedule below.

Here’s how I’d like to manage scheduling each of you for a demonstration class. Please look through the schedule, select your top three dates, and then email those choices to classes@alchemycaterers.com  Please be sure to include your Groupon coupon/voucher number in the email. If you have friends that also purchased a class through Groupon, and would like to be in the same class, please provide their names in your email. We will follow up by email to confirm the date of your class.

* I heard that a number of people were interested in a class highlighting vegetarian dishes. I plan to have at least two vegetarian- focused classes in January or February (or both). If you’re interested in a vegetarian class, please make note of that in your email.
